"HamJimPeng" 咸煎饼

Ingredients A
1kg plain flour
210g sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp Planta butter
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp soda flour
312ml plain water
Sesame

Ingredients B
(for making yeast)
100g plain flour
100ml plain water
1 1/2 tsp instant yeast

Method
1) Place 100ml plain water and 1 1/2 tsp instant yeast into the 100g plain flour.
Mix well in the mix bowl. Put aside for 2 hours to prove till double in bulk.

2)After 2 hours, place all ingredients A into the mix bowl just now.

3)Knead until smooth and fair, then put aside for 2 hours again.

4)The dough is now to be shaped into round, put the sesame on the dough.

5)Once again to wait for another 2 hours, is time to fry the HamJimPeng till golden brown.
Remove and serve hot.
